1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Question Hive. By accessing our platform, website, or using any of our services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of our Services.

👉 Important Notice: These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (as an educator, school representative, or individual tutor) and Question Hive Inc.

2. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account using a valid email address or sign in via Google OAuth. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and account session keys.
Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
Take sole responsibility for all actions and content created under your account.

3. Plans, Payments, and Credit System

Question Hive offers tiered subscription plans (Teams, Institutional, and Enterprise) and a pay-as-you-go credit system for individual tutors:

Billing System	Terms & Expiration
Pay-As-You-Go Credits	Charged at ₹1 per question generated. Non-refundable. Credits expire 12 months from purchase.
Annual Subscriptions	Billed annually in advance. Renew automatically unless cancelled 30 days before renewal date.

If payment is defaulted or your subscription is cancelled, your access will be downgraded to a limited free tier.

4. Content & Intellectual Property Ownership

We believe in honoring the intellectual efforts of educators:

Your Content: You retain complete ownership of all custom questions, exam papers, syllabus material, and student lists you upload or create on the platform.
AI Outputs: Question Hive grants you a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to distribute, publish, print, and sell any exam papers or MCQ sheets you generate on our platform.
Platform Rights: Question Hive retains all rights, titles, and interests in the application software, interface design, branding, and proprietary database schemas.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services to:

Generate or distribute content that violates copyright laws, privacy rights, or academic honor codes.
Scrape, download, or index our global database of questions using automated bots or scripts.
Attempt to bypass authentication walls, reverse engineer the platform, or cause server overloads.
Use the platform for any illegal activities or to generate fraudulent test materials.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

Our Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Question Hive does not guarantee the mathematical accuracy, logical correctness, or syllabus alignment of AI-generated questions.

⚠️ Disclaimer: Under no circumstances shall Question Hive be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from errors in generated exam papers, server downtime, or loss of custom saved questions.
