Educator Content: Custom exam syllabus, specific question text, uploaded diagrams, answer keys, MCQs, and templates you build.
Institutional Metadata: Classroom structures, classes/grades, subject names, and basic teacher-student rosters (if uploaded).
Usage Data: Log files, browser type, device details, and clickstream sequences inside the application to monitor performance.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to power the assessment generation platform. Specifically, we use your data to:

Generate balanced, formatted question papers based on your criteria.
Track and deduct points from your pay-as-you-go credit balance.
Provide analytics on your question difficulty, Bloom's cognitive distribution, and subject coverage.
Offer secure sign-in and protect your files from access by other accounts.
Improve our AI auto-generation models (we do not sell or share custom user questions to build public models).

3. Data Storage & Hosting Infrastructure

All data is stored securely in structured relational databases and cloud hosting systems:

Export: You can download all your generated papers in standard PDF format at any time.
Correction: You can modify your saved questions, account details, and institution information via the settings panels.
Deletion: You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated custom question databases. Upon approval, your data will be permanently purged from our database records within 30 days.
